Complete Anonymity
Your identity remains your choice. When you are matched, your Listener or Counsellor only receives the information necessary to support you. We do not share your contact details or your full name with them. You decide how much you want to reveal during your conversation.
Safe & Flexible Sessions
All sessions take place via Google Meet, giving you full control over your comfort levels.
- Keep your camera off (Audio-only mode).
- Use a display name of your choice.
- You can view the guest list during the session, so you always know who is present in the call.
- Sessions are intended to remain private between you and your assigned match.
- No conversations are recorded or transcribed by Therapy Connect.
- Join from a space where you feel most secure.
