Become a Listener
Support someone through understanding, experience, and honest conversation.
This is a responsibility. We’re building a space where people feel safe — and that starts with the right people.
What is a Listener?
A Listener is someone who offers emotional support through real-life understanding. You don’t need to be a professional, but you should be patient, respectful, and able to listen without judgment.
Why This Matters
People come here to be heard, often at vulnerable moments. That’s why we’re careful about who joins. Being a good listener isn’t about giving advice — it’s about creating a safe space for someone else.
Earning & Responsibility
This is not a free role. Listeners receive benefits/compensation for their time and effort. However, responsibility, consistency, and respect are expected at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to listen calmly and patiently
- Respectful and non-judgmental communication
- Emotional maturity and self-awareness
- Commitment to safe and responsible interaction
